fairball@fair-ball.comOn the Schedule tab, tap the + button in the top-right toolbar. Set the date, opponent (optional), and number of innings. The lineup generates automatically.
Tap any cell in the defensive grid on Game Card view. The cell picker has a padlock icon — tap it to lock that player to that position. Locked assignments are never changed by the fairness engine.
Open the Game Card view for that game and scroll to the Attendance section. Toggle the switch next to the absent player's name. The engine immediately reshuffles the lineup for that game only.
On Game Card view, tap the cell for that kid in the inning where they left. The menu has a "Left after this inning" option. Innings before that one stay locked, and the remaining innings reshuffle.
On your device and nowhere else. Fair Ball never transmits your roster to us or any third party. See our privacy policy for details.
Most changes don't need an undo: tapping a cell to unlock it, or toggling attendance off, returns the lineup to the engine-generated state automatically. For bigger mistakes, the "Redo Lineup" button regenerates everything from scratch.
