By downloading and using Fair Ball, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app — Apple will refund your purchase through the standard App Store refund process.
Fair Ball is a paid application. When you purchase Fair Ball from the Apple App Store, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Fair Ball on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Fair Ball is provided "as is." While every effort is made to ensure the fairness engine produces correct lineups that respect the constraints you've set, you are responsible for verifying lineups before using them in a game. Fair Ball is a tool to help you make decisions, not a replacement for your own judgment as a coach.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joe Raymond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use Fair Ball, including but not limited to any real or perceived unfairness in a lineup, a missed inning, or a disappointed player.
Features may be added, removed, or changed in future updates. Your license continues to apply to updates delivered via the App Store.
Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store's standard refund process. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
